Minerals Limited (a company incorporated in Guernsey with Registration No. 54506) (Bushveld) for all of the fully paid ordinary shares in Lemur. The Target’s Statement has today been lodged with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission and sent to Steinepreis Paganin, who have agreed to accept service of the Target’s Statement on behalf of Bushveld.
